Gotta get in your five a day though!
Nothing beats a classical egg&bacon breakfast sandwich. Especially when the egg is gooey and gets all over the bread.
I was still a little hungry after eating that so I had a little bit of greek yogurt topped with pom arils. Just another bite ... and it did the trick!
Breakfast: 343cal
Lunch today was pretty exciting. A Chik'n burger, carrot 'fries' and ginger chew.
This is a vegetarian 'Chicken' patty topped with miracle whip on top some lettuce. It didn't taste like chicken but it sure was yummy. I love these sandwich thins, they're soft and doughy but aren't so thick that they'll mask the taste of the innards!
Lunch: 314 cal
I tried to force myself to study on campus after class today since I never get any work done at home. Had a sliced apple topped with cinnamon as an afternoon snack.
Followed by a kashi granola bar.
Afternoon snack: 220cal
Dinner was not too glamorous. Left over canned New England Clam Chowder with a butt end of toast turned garlic bread.
Dinner: 332cal
For dessert I had a chocolate mousse-cottage cheese parfait, this time topped with shredded coconut and a couple of cashews crumbled over top. Yuuum.
I still wanted another bite of something though ... and made a tiny little fruit salad.
Dessert: 225cal
Now I'm satisfied and it's time for bed at 9:41pm on a Friday night!
Total: 1435cal
All the juicy fruit in these pictures makes me drool. Yum!
